The purpose of the Website is to present the activity of HEKA DESIGN: Webflow website design and development, website migration to Webflow, Figma-to-Webflow integration, low-code application development, internal tools, product development, and website maintenance.
HEKA DESIGN endeavours to provide information on the Website that is as accurate and up to date as possible. However, it cannot be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies, or shortcomings in updating, whether caused by HEKA DESIGN or by third-party partners who provide this information.

HEKA DESIGN holds the intellectual property rights, or the usage rights, to all elements accessible on the Website — including the structure, text, images, graphics, logos, and Content — unless stated otherwise.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by French law. Except where the law provides otherwise, any dispute relating to the use of the Website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
