Someone here started where you are now

Each case study picks up from there and follows the project through the Webflow site or low-code tool that came out of it, and what changed once it was live.

Mayday

Mayday is an intelligent knowledge-base SaaS for customer-service teams which needed its marketing site to express the seriousness of the product and speak precisely to each audience. Heka redesigned the key graphic elements, extended the new design direction across the full site, and rebuilt it in Webflow.

Yaba

Yaba was leaving behind the business it had made its name in, buying and growing Amazon-based brands, to become a brand partner in longevity nutrition. The new identity was ready and part of the site was designed, but none of it was built. Heka built the whole site in Webflow, gave the new brand the movement it was drawn for, and handed it over in a state the team could keep running on its own, from the blog to the open roles.

Autonomy
the team runs the blog and the open roles itself
Reach
one site, English and Spanish, with redirections preserved

Laiye

A large international site, hard-coded on Chinese infrastructure, was slow to reach from outside China and impossible to update without an IT ticket. Heka migrated it to Webflow inside a fixed ~3-month window, recovered the content from a site with no export path, wired the forms back into the CRM, worked with Laiye's tech team until access held on both sides of the Great Firewall, and handed the marketing team a site they could run themselves.

Bluestaff

Guimini was launching Bluestaff, a Salesforce extension to manage consultants staffing and workload. As they wanted to go to market quietly while the product matured with feebacks, Heka designed and built a landing page in Webflow, showing the product existed and could be demoed, then grew it into a full site once ready.

Growth
from a single launch page to a full site

PimpUp Antigaspi

PimpUp sells anti-waste fruit and vegetable baskets on subscription, delivered weekly or every two weeks. That second rhythm is where the tooling stopped: Shopify could not run it, and neither could the prebuilt subscription products PimpUp tried next. A first rebuild by another developer stalled short of launch with the core subscription features missing. Heka took the project over, rebuilt the platform on Bubble with the subscription logic written by hand, added a marketing site the team could fill themselves, and kept extending the product sprint after sprint once it was live.

Capability
weekly or fortnightly deliveries, billed on a single subscription
Continuity
the build kept moving through sprints for over a year after launch
